Occasionally, although you have been to us before and you and your pet are registered on the surgery computers, the system will not recognise you. This may be due to a number of reasons, most commonly either we have an error in your pet's name, your phone number or your email, your phone number or email that we have are different to the one you are using, or we do not have either.
If this happens, please DO NOT register as a new client, it will generate multiple animal and client records on our system. Please call the surgery, we will update your records and you can continue.
